destruction plus terrorism", don't believe it? Well its the whole truth & nothin' but
the freakin' truth! well on a technicality of course. The judge pointing out that since
God has no known address or physical presence, a writ cannot be served against him.
Its so freakin' stupid thats its funny!
The suit was launched by Nebraska senator Ernie Chambers, who became disgusted
with the "widespread death, destruction & terrorism of millions & millions of the Earth’s
violent disgusting people", & so opted to seek justice in a court of law.
The judge would have none of this:
"Given that this court finds that there can never be service effectuated on
the named defendant this action will be dismissed with prejudice".
The plaintiff can appeal the decision, but cannot refile the suit. He disputes the verdict,
saying that as the court recognized God’s existence & consequently his omniscience,
God must know of the suit being brought against him, like DAAA!! "Since God knows
everything, God has notice of this lawsuit".
However, he has not decided whether to appeal yet. DAMN! says "I" the writer
He claims to have launched legal action against God to highlight the fact that
"anyone can sue anyone else, even God".

The mighty god or gods must be scheming a way on how to destroy this 1 particular
