be true right? It would seem that Columbia Pictures made a universe altering decision
to wash its hands of director Sam Raimi & Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire. The Studio
wants to hit the all powerful reboot button on the franchise.
The brand new script has already been penned by James Vanderbilt which in his
new universe of The bold & The Web-head tells us of a teenage Peter Parker & is
ready to shoot even though there is no director or star for the new movie at this time.
"I" go down on my knees & hope that the new movie will be like Ultimate Spider-Man.
He says that "The new untitled Spider-Man film will center on the webslinging teen as
he grapples with both contemporary human problems and amazing super-human crises.
Avi Arad & Laura Ziskin are producing".
So in the end, where does the rumored cast John Malkovich stand? & where is the studio
going with this new direction of Spider-Man movie? Only time will give "us" the movie-buffs
the final answer...
