A school-boy has been arrested for sexually assaulting a freakin' 4-year-old girl!
The 16-year-old boy, in his 2nd year at a Kyoto area high school, happened upon
a 4-year-old girl at a wholesale store.
He soon succumbed to curiosity & lifted up her skirt. Encountering no resistance
(common! she's 4!), he then removed her panty, & began touching her.
Her mother detected the crime & quickly police were able to identify the boy due
to the fact that he had apparently been in full view of security cameras.
Upon his arrest for indecent assault, he explained his crime, "I did it because the
little girl didn’t resist." Excuse of the century! Nice 1 dude!

Maybe this young-ling thought he could get away with it like in "Hentai" shows, but
touching a kid like that..."I" the writer is even "shy" to get a hug from a girl & this kid
dares to touch her. Looks to me like a rapist in the making...
