If you have been hiding underground from the Nuke Holocaust or a super-cool
/happening person or still in your mother's belly, you will not know when there's
a new Street Fighter game coming out next month or so they say. Don't worry
dear info-less people! "I" the writer is here to save the day from the the blindness
that blinds out ye eyes from this great game that changed the fighting genre in
video game history.
A little history lesson, Street Fighter made its debut in the arcades in 1987. It was
designed by Takashi Nishiyama and Hiroshi Matsumoto. Street Fighter was ported to
many popular home computer systems of the time including PC.
Street Fighter II: The World Warrior, released in 1991, was the first true sequel to
the original Street Fighter, following an unsuccessful attempt to brand the 1989
fighting action game Final Fight as a Street Fighter sequel. It was one of the earliest
arcade games for Capcom's CP System hardware and was designed by Akira Nishitani
(Nin-Nin) and Akira Yasuda (Akiman), who were previously responsible for Final Fight
and Forgotten Worlds. The release of the game had an unexpected impact on gaming
and was the beginning of a massive phenomenon.
The Street Fighter series movement placed it's mark on the world of entrainment.
From movies to comics it continues to make the Capcom logo slaps us on the face
each time we go to the arcade. Capcom continues to widen its Street Fighter
franchise by combining with other licensed characters from other companies and
their own properties.
Personally my favorites would be SNK VS. Capcom 2 & Marvel VS. Capcom 2. Enough
talk! Here's Ryu & his all so jolly geng showing what they do best!
SuperMoves!
HyperMoves!
FIGURES

"I" the writer thought that the trailer was gonna be
Prime's super mode. Damn! Still looks good though.

Will Ultra-Zedda get this?
quote of the day!
The day I killed your father must have been the most horrible day
of your life, but for me - it was just Tuesday.
